Operations of the User Hub API. Paths are relative to your deployment's API host.
GET /api/user-hub-api/questions
List active questions for the current user (paginated). Active = inquiry-aggregate notifications in pending or responded status. Backs the bell dropdown grouped-by-run view and the Work-mode question list.
Authentication: bearer token (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

GET /api/user-hub-api/questions/badge
Count of pending questions for the current user (badge counter). Cheap aggregate — does not load payloads.
