POST /api/biome-host-api/authoring/biome-bundle

Generate a complete, schema-valid biome bundle (path → content) from a declaration. Writes nothing server-side.

Validate a candidate capability contribution manifest against the kernel schema and return the normalized manifest or field-path-level issues.

Validate a candidate connector-adapter contribution manifest and return the normalized manifest, the capability refs its operations project, or field-path-level issues.

Validate a candidate surface-kind contribution manifest (enforcing the reserved first-party SurfaceKind set) and return the normalized manifest plus how a biome ships it.
