GET /api/biome-host-api/platform/biomes/quarantine
Report every biome this replica dropped at scan time because its xema-biome.json could not be read, with the ingestion stage that failed and the parse error verbatim. An empty list means the catalog is whole; a non-empty one means this replica is serving every OTHER biome normally while the listed ones are dark. The replica stays ready either way — a biome that reached quarantine has been proven non-required, so this endpoint is how the gap is noticed.
